This website is operated by Bethany Latimer, LMHC for her Washington telehealth therapy practice, Sol Heals. The practice mailing address is 1455 Northwest Leary Way Suite 400, Seattle, WA 98107.

This website does not currently include a contact form or email-list signup. If you contact Bethany by email, phone, or text, you choose what information to provide. Please avoid including sensitive clinical details in ordinary email or text messages.

When you select a consultation link, you leave this website and use TidyCal. TidyCal may collect information needed to schedule your call, such as your name, contact details, appointment selection, and anything you enter. TidyCal handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Like most websites, the hosting and security systems that deliver this site may process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. This information is used to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the site.

This site does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, targeted-advertising trackers, or marketing cookies. If those practices change, this policy will be updated before they are used.

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected and for applicable professional or legal requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website, email, or text system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask what non-clinical personal information is held about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion when retention is not required by law. This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
