Cost transparency

Your right to a Good Faith Estimate

If you do not have insurance or do not plan to use insurance for your care, you have the right to receive an estimate of expected therapy charges before services begin.

What the estimate includes

Your estimate will reflect the expected cost of scheduled therapy services based on the information available at that time. It is not a contract, and your care can change as your needs change.

You can ask for an estimate before scheduling, or at any point while you are receiving private-pay care. Keep a copy for your records and ask about anything that is unclear.

Current session fees — $97.50 for a 45-minute session and $130.00 for a 60-minute session — and the likely frequency of care are reviewed directly with you so your estimate reflects your actual plan.

Request your estimate

Ask during your free consultation or contact the practice directly. If a bill is substantially higher than the estimate you received, federal law may provide a patient-provider dispute resolution process.
